In the Sunlit House

by | Oct 21, 2016

I walk to the sunlit house
Often she waits near the window
And looks to me with eyes of quiet longing

She then smiling touches my hand
And my face
I kneel to clasp her knees

She looks with more longing
And commands my embrace
In the midst of such love who could not call this perfection
We seek embrace
we give embrace
